Code of Conduct

At ATG we are committed to high ethical standards for our company. This code of conduct acts as a benchmark for the required behaviour and ways of working for all. We have clear expectations that our team and our suppliers to align with these values and principles.

Ethics and Integrity

Honesty and integrity are key to the conduct of everyone at ATG, working in partnership with our customer and suppliers. We consider the ethical considerations surrounding all our business. Honest and honourable behaviour is expected from all ATG employees, suppliers and agents working on behalf of ATG and as such must not accept payments in the form of bribes, kickbacks or additional payments. Our focus will always be on sourcing the best option for our clients.

Human Rights

At ATG we have clear expectations that our suppliers must abide with the relevant labour, human rights and employment laws. We respect our duty of care to ensure that our suppliers respect the local laws regarding minimum age limits, working hours and wages. This includes the right to equal employment and career choice regardless of their ethnic community, race, gender or religious belief. We will not tolerate or condone the abuse of Labour and /or Human Rights in our business or supply chain. Suppliers working with ATG must not facilitate or participate in involuntary, forced or slave labour. They must not use corporal punishment, physical, sexual, psychological or verbal abuse or harassment.

Health and Safety

We focus on the health and safety of all our team and ensure that we promote the health and safety of everyone involved in the production process. We have clear expectations of our suppliers to ensure that they provide a healthy work environment, with proactive actions to support accident prevention and minimise any health and safety risks.

Commitment to Quality

Quality is fundamental at ATG, with a dedicated QM team in the UK and our international sites we are there to ensure that all the products and services meet or exceed the quality specifications. We focus on the needs of our customers continuously and work in partnership to ensure that their needs are met. As part of our ISO 9001 accreditation we continuously evaluate ways to improve from initial procurement through design, manufacture and delivery.

Our core Business Strategy is to work with businesses to streamline their procurement providing real cost savings throughout their supply chain. ATG understands the needs and challenges of our customers, focusing on delivering a range of solutions to enable our clients to stay competitive in today’s market.

Conflict of interest and Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property is crucial to creating a trusting and cooperative working relationship with our customer. We value and are committed to our customer, ensuring that their Intellectual Property is protected and privacy is respected at all times. We respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients’ intellectual property and ensure that we take ownership of this when sourcing for our client.


At ATG we require all our suppliers comply with the applicable local and national environmental laws and regulations. We work in partnership with our suppliers to implement all new relevant environmental regulations.
