Our 11 steps are as follows:

Semi finishing: Semi-finishing involves refining the shaft's dimensions and shape to a higher level of precision, ensuring optimal performance.

Finish machining: The shaft undergoes a meticulous finish machining process, achieving the exact dimensions and surface finish required for its intended application.

Drilling and tapping: We carefully drill and tap the shaft to create precise holes for bearings and other components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

UT and dimensional check: To guarantee the integrity of the shaft, we conduct ultrasonic testing to detect any internal defects and perform dimensional checks to ensure adherence to our exacting tolerances.

Additionally, the heat treatment procedure is customized to match the shaft's unique chemical composition, ensuring the formation of a fine-grained microstructure during quenching.
